Back in 2014 Flexioffices created the #LiveYourLunchBreak challenge. We asked you and your colleagues to spend one week of the month ensuring that you took at least a 30 minute lunch break to spend time doing something that you enjoy.

Well two years on and we’re bringing the #LiveYourLunchBreak challenge back to life. Over the next few months we plan to provide you with fun ideas and inspiration for how to spend your lunch break in the capital.

Flexioffices are experts in helping businesses find their perfect office space, so we understand and promote the importance of ensuring that your workplace is a healthy and productive one.

This spring we are encouraging Londoners to take back their lunch breaks, after a recent study showed that less than 30% of people actually take a lunch break.

The #LiveYourLunchBreak Challenge

What we’re asking you to do is to ensure that you take a 30- 60 minute lunch break for a week this coming month. What you do with your time is entirely up to you… However we suggest grabbing a healthy bite to eat, spending time outside in the spring sunshine (weather permitting) or take a short break to fit in a workout.
