Very helpful to look for offices and to arrange appointments, it saved me times and effort. Could have been excellent if the office viewings was organised with traffic in minds (I discovered this a bot too late), and if price of rent could be gathered before viewing - would remove some. But overall good experience, and if I need to look again would happily use the service again.
Organised a good range of locations to visit, which gave us good insight as to what was on the market and our options. Didn't get the feeling that the agent was in 'our corner' when it came to trying to negotiate a deal (which as a charitable organisation/not for profit organisation was very much required by us) and the transaction was turned over to the building operator very quickly.

Negatives: to start with, agents/advisors changed a few times. All of a sudden, they would stop responding and weeks later another advisor would call up. This kept repeating which was very frustrating and it seemed like they just lost interest.Positives: once Jimmie Brennan became the advisor, he kept in touch - none of the above was a problem with him. He was very pro-active and responded quickly. He helped negotiate with the business centres, set up meetings, continued running exhaustive reports, obtained various info on our behalf. Very helpful.

I spoke with them and got personal service from a two members of the team who understood what I was looking for. We used other companies for our office search like Regus who make you feel like you are speaking to BT, with their call centre style system. Good service but not so good at the venue - the management thereof. Poor communication, no gas & electrical safety certs. Still waiting for a gas meter to be installed (from 1st July) - no help with H&S which I would have thought would have been the responsibility of the landlord. Not so it seems

I was contacted promptly to my internet request for information and meetings to view offices were quickly arranged. Flexoffices also kept in contact with me throughout even though I was talking directly with the rented offices to make sure I had no issues. Good customer service.
Flexioffices were more than helpful. However the premices they reccomened, Dragon Enterprises in Leigh-on-sea, couldn't have been worse. When I was viewing the location I was told we would have access from 8am until 10pm on all days we book and that we would be left alone to film without any unneccessary disruptions. Not only were we conitnuously disrupted by onlookers creating a fair amount of noise but we also found out on arrival that we could only film from 9-5 during the week and 10-3 on the wekends making it impossible for us to do our work or find a replacement location at such short notice. This entire fiasco has cost our production close to �5,000 and that is with the fees for this location not included.
