The Centre comprises of managed office space from 200 sqft to 900 sqft offices are now available. The reception area is fitted out to a high specification with air conditioning, glass lift and breakout seating areas. We also have a spacious air conditioned boardroom which is available to tenants and is equipped with the latest technology, Projector, TV, tea and coffee facilities and flipchart. Each floor has a fully equipped kitchen area and luxury toilet facilities. At present the building holds a diverse range of tenants from web designer through to childcare management. Access for tenants is 24hr so in order to maintain a high level of security on the premises we have 24 hour CCTV coverage and security. Each tenant has a key fob to gain entry to the building and their office as well as each wing being alarmed.
The centre is located half a mile off junction 8 of the M65 at the heart of the UK's motorway network. The Centre sits close to no less than 4 motorway junctions on the M65 which are home to many high quality business and industrial parks. The international airports of Manchester, John Lennon Liverpool and Blackpool are all reached within 40 minutes, with the ports of Liverpool and Hull also providing efficient routes across the Irish and North Seas.
