Bedford Square is one of the best preserved set pieces of Georgian architecture in London. The square was built in the late 18th century as a residential area, however most of the houses have been now converted to offices. The building itself lies on the south side of the square. It is Grade I listed and benefits from some impressive original features. The accommodation is arranged over lower ground, ground and three upper floors with the offices being air conditioned throughout.
Tottenham Court Road and Goodge Street tube stations are equidistant from the square.
