Electricity in each unit is metered and then billed for by the centre. Each unit is supplied with a telephone with a minimum of 5 extension points and handsets that all have a DDI facility. There is also a central switchboard with its own number, and tenants have the choice of using either the DDI facility or the services of the central switchboard. The building has been cabled throughout by an internet provider with at least one connection point per unit. There is also a fax machine and photocopier within the reception area, and the reception desk is manned Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm.
