The Business Park consists of approximately 42,000 sqft of two storey offices, sub-divided into various sized suites and 22,000 sqft of warehousing. The concept is to deliver prestige office accommodation, which offer total flexibility to smaller companies whilst providing all the amenities of a large company structure under one roof. This centre is located in the historic market town of Monmouth and is only 15 minutes away from the M4. The M5 is also accessible via the A449.
