The available accommodation is located on the first floor and has been refurbished to include carpet tiles, plastered and painted walls and lighting. Access will be via a shared entrance, with the ground floor being occupied by a Costa Coffee Franchise head office. However, clients will be given their own keys and alarm codes for 24/7 access to the building. Office location

Very accessible by car and is located North of Coleshill Town, in a well-established business area off Gorsey Lane. Access to the motorway is gained via the A446 which leads directly to both Junction 9 of the M42 and Junction 4 of the M6. Access to the M6 Toll can also be gained off Junction 9 of the M42. Additionally, Coleshill Parkway Railway Station is within walking distance to the offices. The National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham International Airport and Birmingham International Railway Station are all within 10 minutes’ drive. Just around the corner, 0.7 miles away is a new Aldi supermarket. Alternatively, Coleshill town high street is just 1.2 miles away offering cafes, shops and convenience stores.
