Refurbished in 2006, the building is a 150 year old brick building of three storeys plus basement, with timber floors, double-glazed windows and rooflights and insulated roof. Work stations are arranged as a mixture of open plan and enclosed areas, which can be further divided by screens. There are three enclosed meeting rooms, shared kitchen and toilets. There is no lift. Ground and first floors are partitioned with permanent full height partitions, glazed for the upper half. The top floor is open-plan with pitched roof and opening rooflights.
