The ground floor office is £330 a month, the basement is £450 a month. It includes all utilities, wifi and a phone line (call charges are extra). Leases can be from 3 to 12 months - no deposit needed. The prices above do not include parking, each parking space is £50 a month. Available Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm for viewings so anyone can just pop by to have a look.
