Flexioffices work closely with Commercial Agents in a number of capacities. Agents use us when:
They have a client looking for serviced offices. We have an extensive and continually updated website covering over 96 percent of the UK market.
If enquiries are considered too small to deal with, we are happy to deal with matters on your behalf and will simply share any fees that we earn. This will enable you to generate a stream of income as well as providing a service to the applicant.
If you have clients who need temporary space while their offices are being refurbished or to provide a stop gap solution between the end of an existing lease and the commencement of a new lease.
Commercial agents will have a direct login to our secure extranet so referrals made can be viewed to see how they are progressing to a sale.
Terms and Conditions
Flexioffices will share fees that are generated from an accepted referral equally with your organisation. Generally we are paid our commissions monthly, quarterly or annually in advance. Flexioffices will pass on 50% those commissions received. If for any reason Flexioffices should not receive remuneration from a referral we will not be liable to pass a fee onto the agent. If Flexioffices manage to negotiate a fee greater than our usual fee, then 50% of the enhanced fee is passed onto the agent. Flexioffices will provide the individual agent who referred the client with £75 in vouchers for a store of their choice for an office referral that results in fees. For a referral to be accepted Flexioffices must be previously unaware of the clients requirement.
