We contacted Flexioffices on a Thursday with a need to acquire space for 60 staff to be up and running on the following Monday to deal with a new share issue. Despite the tight timeframe and the fact that the space was only needed for 6 weeks Flexioffices were able to locate several possible options within a short walk of our Holborn offices.
We viewed the accommodation and identified the best solution for our needs. Despite the time frame the operator identified by Flexioffices was able to work to prepare the offices for occupation over the weekend to ensure that the space was ready for occupation and that the telecoms and the IT were fully functional.
ASOS Case Study
We contacted Flexioffices over the summer with a fairly urgent requirement for space for 65 staff in the west end to house our back office IT department. Flexioffices carried out an audit of serviced space that was available and identified two suitable properties.
By using their service we were able to secure a 25% reduction on our initial quoting rate despite the final headcount growing from 65 to 80.
Royal College of Physicians Case Study
The Royal College of Physicians were recommended to Flexioffices by a contact in another healthcare organisation. We were looking to combine 4 different departments in one office that would provide open plan modern space. We were however very restricted on location as the new office had to be within a short walk of our current head office in Regents Park Central London. Flexioffices identified two options that would work that both had availability. They then arranged us to see both options and accompanied us on the viewings.
We identified our preferred option but while we were waiting to get authority to proceed the space was let to another client. Flexioffices went back to the provider on our behalf and were able to identify another space. By looking at the space planning, desk size and density of the work stations they were able to make the available space work for our staff and bring the space in within our budget. Their service was professional and accurate and we ended up with a great solution.
