Fresh Kent and Sussex produce combined with Greek ingredients will be used to create favourite Ionian dishes such as Pastitsatha, Moussaka, lamb kleftiko and 24-hour marinated souvlaki. There are multiple free 2-hour and 4-hour parking bays in Castle Road or you can purchase a permit in the Hive's dedicated parking zone in The Pantile's Car Park in Major York's Road for 140.00 plus Vat per month. At the end of the Pantiles by The Grey Lady opposite the Potteries there is a bicycle rack for those that wish to cycle to work.
