I left school when I was just 16 and enrolled in an Apprenticeship in Customer Services with a small data provider company. Little did I know I would spend the next 6 years working for them after gaining a Level 2 NVQ. I decided it was time to move on and became an Executive Assistant at my local Council, working for them for a further 4 years. In 2017, I was offered the job of Administrator at Flexioffices. This was a massive change for me as I had never worked in London before but I haven’t looked back since.
My role changed in December 2018 when Emma Butler went on Maternity leave and I took over some of her Finance duties. As the structure changed, I became Accounts Assistant and now look after everything from invoicing all of Flexi’s deals, paying our Suppliers, and running payroll for the company. I pride myself in my eagerness to learn new things, my attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
Outside of Flexi, I live in Kent and I’m mum to 2 boisterous boys (3 if you include my husband!) who definitely keep me on my toes. I enjoy nothing more than spending time with my family but also like to take off my “mum” hat from time to time and go for brunch with the girls.
Emma joined Flexioffices in July 2019 having previously enjoyed 7 years in a customer service and supervisory consumer debt role at a luxury asset lender. She brings with her skills in communication, organisation and people management as well we a strong understanding of the importance of implementing an effective credit control function within a business. Emma can often be found taking spontaneous trips to the seaside, watching a variety of theatre performances or visiting all types of London landmarks in her spare time!

With the wealth of knowledge and experience she has gained in the hospitality industry, she is excited to apply her new skills and start this new journey. Originally from Germany, Ann moved to the UK 2 years ago to obtain a degree in Tourism and Aviation Management. After the completion of her degree Ann worked for many years within the Tourism Sector, where she gained vital experience that has led her to this position as a Business Account Manager for Flexioffices. An important skill she took from the Tourism sector, was the ability to put her clients needs first and ensure that their needs are met promptly and swiftly. Ann hopes to use the variety of skills learned in her previous roles and utilise them in her new role to guarantee that all her clients office needs are met. In her spare time Ann thoroughly enjoys exploring different countries and often travels to new and exciting places. Furthermore, she has a passion for trying new cuisines and spending time with her family and friends.
I obtained my bachelors degree in Buenos Aires, Argentina before moving back to London (after perfecting my Spanish!). I did some work in the recruitment industry before entering the office market in 2015 with Flexioffices.
Having been in the serviced office industry since 2015, I take pride in my knowledge of the London market and in using my long lasting relationships to negotiate great deals for my clients! My role at Flexioffices is being a Team Leader for Central London, so I help place companies in offices as well as help out my wonderful team!
When I am not at work, I love spending quality time with my husband and son! We try and get out as much as possible on the weekends and always have a mini-break booked to change the scenery!
