Buildings like this don’t come along often. When we had the chance to secure St Edburgs in 2020, we didn’t need to think twice. Originally a Church Hall, the building has retained many original features and we have sensitively refurbished it to create a modern, quality office space. Offices range from small 2 person spaces through to the large open-plan hall with stage and mezzanine area. Leases available for the whole building or separate office areas. There are also smaller offices for meeting rooms, a board room or breakout space. The interior floods with natural light and we’ve incorporated natural materials and kept original features to make the most of it. If you do need to get away, it is very close to mainline links to London, Oxford and Birmingham with plenty of local car parking.
