This attractive centre offers the following features included in the monthly price: business rates, heating, lighting and electricity, air conditioning, reception services, 5 days office cleaning, kitchen facilities including tea, coffees and water cooler, car parking (free flow- 45 spaces), Avaya Aura telephone system for up to 10 extensions to begin with, basic internet package including your own business Wi-Fi throughout the building (your offices, communal areas and meeting room). The building has 24 hour access with access control cards to the building which can be programmed per employee to limit access to times and days. There is a receptionist for telephone answering in your business name and visitor meet/greet and post etc. Preferential meeting room hire from £35 + vat per hour. The smallest office on offer is 135 sq. ft. and the other is 400 sq. ft. There are two large open plan spaces on the ground floor, which are 900sq ft and 1500 sq ft. The centre offers 3 VO packages; rates would vary depending on call levels/mail received: mail only service, call handling only service or call handling and mail service.
