This building looms over Old Street just as you turn off the roundabout into Shoreditch. This is a 1930’s building that has been transformed by Ben Adams Architects to create a speak easy feel and bring back some old character of the building. The building has private office space, co-working space, fixed desks and meeting rooms along with more perks such as a gym, a café and a screening room.
This business centre is a building that’s hard to miss. If you have ever hit Old St roundabout, you’ll know it. It looms over Old St just as you turn off the roundabout into Shoreditch, on the right hand side, around 40 yards from the tube station. Whilst the existing blue framing to the façade is arguably striking, it’s not staying. The glass and steel cladding system actually hides an original 1930′s warehouse so we felt a sense of duty to bring back that character.
