Access to the property is available 24/7 and an intercom provides communication for visitors directly to the office. The available suites are located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the property with access available by stairs and lift and with communal kitchen facilities on the 1st floor. The office suites can be offered on managed all inclusive licences, where the rent, service charge and business rates are included in the quoted cost.
