This is new 10,000 sq. ft centre opening from 1st September 2018. The centre offers flexible space with fully networked suites ranging from 120sq ft to 1340 sq. ft. All the suites are air conditioned, have controllable central heating and are beautifully decorated with new carpets. There are smart TV positions and aerial points in each suite. The centre boasts 2 themed meeting/conference rooms and a dedicated 20 seat training room. There are 2 x Gigabyte Fibre leased lines which provide a lightning fast data service and stable VoIP platform. Break out spaces include 2 coffee lounges and a sky cafe inside the control tower that overlooks the airport and runway. Welfare facilities are provided on each floor. The building is DDA compliant with full disabled access to both floors (platform lift installed) and specialised welfare facilities on the ground floor.
The business centre is ideally situated at Shoreham airport (also called Brighton City Airport) between the A259 and A27 with easy access to both and seamless motorway transition to M23. Gatwick is 30 minutes away by car. Shoreham has a main line train station 10-15 minutes walk away and the Coastliner 700 bus stop is about 5 min walk. A low cost mini bus shuttle to the centre will be provided for tenants during peak times from the business centre to the rail station return. Located at the airport is the renown Hummingbird Café with a terrace on the runway providing a nice lunch time alternative.
