Considering a serviced office in Brighton?

Brighton, although often considered a city in its own right, actually forms only part of the city known as ‘Brighton and Hove’, formed in 2000. Although the Brighton part of the city is substantial, the ‘Hove’ half of the city is formed from the previous towns of Brighton, Hove, Portslade, and several other smaller towns and villages. Brighton, found on the south coast of the UK in East Sussex, has a population of around 500,000, and falls within the County of Sussex.

With such a large population, excellent transport links, and close proximity to London, it’s no wonder why so many businesses are flocking to the seaside to set up serviced offices in Brighton.

A popular seaside destination for centuries, Brighton attracts over 400,000 visitors a year to its beaches, Brighton’s fantastic shopping facilities, the Brighton Marina, and plenty more besides. With so much going on, there will always be something to do - perfect for entertaining clients after business meetings.

Other popular Brighton landmarks are the Brighton Pier - which now receives so many visitors, it is now the forth most visited leisure attraction in the UK. There’s also the Royal Pavillion - a unique, beautiful and unusual entertainment venue in the centre of Brighton - and the Saline Centre - which is the world’s oldest aquarium, shopping in the North Lanes, Beachy Head, Devils Dyke, shopping and entertainment at Brighton Marina, and more!

Brighton Transport

Tenants with access to serviced offices in Brighton have some of the best transport links in the south. Overground train services, buses and airports are all close-by, ensuring that you are well connected when it comes to travelling around, to, and from the city of Brighton.

Shoreham/Brighton City Airport

London Heathrow Airport

People with serviced offices in Brighton have excellent transport links. Brighton Station in the city centre has frequent trains to and from London, with the fastest service reaching London Victoria taking only 51 minutes. The station also provides passengers with services to Milton Keynes, Birmingham, Manchester, Bristol, and many other UK destinations.

Brighton’s bus services are some of the busiest and best outside of London. The Brighton & Hove Bus and Coach Company operates 300 buses, and there is also a limited night service. Brighton buses are also some of the best for the environment, as they run on recycled bio-fuel, obtained from locally-sourced used cooking oil.

The city of Brighton itself is incredibly busy, but people with serviced offices in Brighton are served by the A27 which runs along the coast. This later turns into a dual-carriageway from the M27, and links Brighton to Portsmouth in the west. People who wish to commute to London, or travel in from the same place may also wish to use the A23, which connects the two cities.
