Step 1 - Offer Submission and Acceptance | The landlord will be notified after your submit your lease offer, along with any negotiations and locking in terms.


Step 2 – Design Process and Spec | You will meet with interior designers during this time, using their expertise to create your perfect space and confirm the IT and Services offering.


Step 3 – Legal Process | At this point you will sign management and lease agreements.


Step 4 – Build & Move In | You’re nearly there! All processes from IT to furniture will be managed so you can relax for your move-in date.
