This year, we’ve seen a surge in new creative businesses with office space in London. Startups are well known for their fresh approaches, innovative thinking and entrepreneurial spirit. Deliveroo



Deliveroo is an on-demand London startup that offers food delivery from your favourite eateries and premium restaurants that don’t traditionally offer a takeaway service.

Deliveroo works with over 2,000 different restaurants across the UK from Michelin-starred restaurants to the well known chains such as Nando's and Wagamama. Its service has grown quickly since 2012 and due to £16 million funding by Accel Partners in January the startup now operates in multiple cities across the UK. JustPark



JustPark has been coined the “Airbnb of car parking spaces”, it is an online marketplace helping to connect homeowners and motorists. JustPark offers motorists low-cost alternatives to traditional car parks whilst allowing homeowners to profit. The website and app give drivers access to a network of 150,000 parking spaces across the country. In January 2015, the startup raised £3.5 million on Crowdcube. JustPark are currently based in Kentish Town, which is close to Regents Park and Camden Town; offering a great range of food and nightlife choices for employees.

Signkick



Signkick is a self serve booking platform that makes it easy for customers to purchase outdoor advertising space from billboards, roadside panels to bus shelters across the UK. The outdoor advertising specialist allows small business and even individuals to purchase advertising space for a fraction of the cost. It’s fast simple and cost effective. Signkick’s service is now dominating the SME business market across the UK. what3words



What3words is a universal addressing system based on a 3m x 3m global grid. Each of these squares has been pre-allocated a fixed and unique 3 word ‘address’. The startup was designed due to the poor quality of addressing around the world, they saw the opportunity to make something that was precise yet incredibly simple. The company is perfectly designed for people on the move.

What3words has raised an amazing $3.5m Series A round led by Silicon Valley’s Intel Capital. The company also won the London Innovator of the Year award this year. Their office space is located in Studio 213 Westbourne Studios, next to Westbourne Park tube station.

Hassle



Hassle is an online platform offering customers home cleaners for a fixed fee of £10 an hour across the UK. Co-founded in 2012 by Jules Coleman, Tom Nimmo and Alex Depledge it helps customers book a pre-vetted home cleaner for a one-off, weekly or fortnightly clean at a low rate. Hassle’s offices are located at Cranmer House in Brixton. Brixton is a popular location for startups due to cheaper rent costs, and exciting social venues.
