More than 16% of Ealing’s 46,000 inhabitants are retired, though the average age of the area is 34. Over 52% are educated to degree level and around 20% of the total population are migrants.
The borough of Ealing spans a large area and as such there are many available routes to easily commute to and from your office space.
Train services, First Great Western, Heathrow Connect and the London Overground service all run through Ealing. The London Overground stops at Acton and South Acton, connecting tenants to Central London. The District Line runs along the southern border, travelling through Turnham Green, Chiswick Park, Acton Town and Ealing Common.
